The point of my request for you to ask yourself "Why Am I Here" is to actually stop and clarify why you are here but to also help me understand how I can help you and your business most efficiently and in a timely manner. As business owners, we fall for the belief that we are our business but I learned a long time ago that I have to be me, myself, focusing on me and then I am able to give my business more, a lot more. When I say more I mean more lazer focused leaving me the ability to best lead and direct my business. I am not promising that I can help your business nor am I guaranteeing you anything. I explain my service as "A View From Outside The Box". I listen, ask questions and offer direct & transparent feedback based on over 20 years of experiencing successes and failures in being in business for myself.     


Who am I?   I am a guy who dropped out of college and was given nothing, never had anyones help and never had any form of start-up capital, meaning I had to grind harder, set bigger goals and stay more aggressive then the rest.   This mentality lead me to start numerous businesses with just a couple hundred dollars per business in which I found success and failed.  My business mentality was always to create an organic/grass roots structure doing most of the start-up work myself allowing me to fail with no actual loss excluding my time.  I am 100% self taught and I wouldn't have it any other way.  My businesses have reached $1,000,000 in sales in the first year, 2 times and my best business reached $2,400,000 in the third year but Covid played a part in my allowing the business to fail.  At this point in my career I am offering my assistance to business owners across the world who are probably more qualified then I am but hearing an outside opinion with actual experience is a smart move even if it's one conversation.

I want to learn where you started, where you are going and what your end result is when it comes to your version of success.  I am going to let you put it all that you are comfortable with out there.  I truly want to know all that you are willing to share about you and your business.  

I Ask:
Now I am going to ask you questions to clarify your business model.  I am going to ask you direct questions and even might cut you off so that I am positively clear.  Sorry, don't mind me.  I get excited, I love hearing business owners (new or old) speak with passion about their venture and vision. 

 

I Provide Feedback:
Now that you have told me all about you, you're business and your issues along with goals I will offer you feedback.  To clarify and repeat myself...  I do not have a magic ball and I am speaking solely from my experiences.  I will offer you and your business value.  At this point in phase 1 I usually see my fellow business owners taking notes and starting to ask a slew of questions in relation to my feedback which shows me their minds are spinning and they are excited.  If I don't offer you value then I will be blunt and honest and wont charge you a dollar.
